2. Nature of our services

SMART Projects – Strategic Hub is a consulting and operational coordination company acting as the single strategic point of contact for each project.

For activities reserved by law to specific professions, professional registers or public security licences (real estate brokerage under Italian Law 39/89, credit brokerage, energy supply, formal certifications, armed security, chauffeur services and boat hire), SMART Projects does not provide these services directly and works exclusively with duly licensed third-party professionals, institutions and partners.

3. Website content

The information published is general and for guidance only. It does not constitute a binding contractual offer, personalised professional advice or a guarantee of results (for example obtaining grants or funding, which depends on the relevant bodies and intermediaries).

Some images on the website are illustrative and may have been created or edited with digital tools, including artificial intelligence: they do not necessarily depict specific properties, vehicles or locations.

4. Requests and engagements

Sending a request through the forms, WhatsApp, phone or email does not create any contract. Each engagement is governed by a specific agreement setting out the activities, timing and fees.

Services provided by licensed partners are governed by their own contracts, entered into transparently directly with the client or as agreed.

5. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logo, animations and structure of the website are owned by SMART Projects or used under licence. Reproduction, even partial, without written permission is prohibited.

The website may contain links to third-party services, such as WhatsApp. SMART Projects is not responsible for the content or policies of those services.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Rome has jurisdiction over any dispute, except for the consumer's own court where the user acts as a consumer, as provided by law.
